I started this month with a whirlwind trip to New York. It was drizzly, but actually very pretty; mist softens the brightness of the city, so there's this ethereal glow juxtaposed with the bustle. I spent an evening walking along Central Park and 5th Avenue, visiting Times Square and the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree, and wandering through a lovely outdoor market at Columbus Circle.

Rockefeller tree. While I was standing there a guy proposed on the skating rink and like 1000 people clapped. |

Tiffany's also had nice lights -- but Bergdorf Goodman was my favourite with its incredible window displays |

I don't really have other plans this month and that's fine by me. I'm just looking forward to a hopefully quiet week of home call, time spent with friends, and a few days off at the beginning of January. However you may be spending it, I hope you all have a nice Christmas and New Year's as well!
Best of luck to you on your exam! I'm glad I still get to kindasorta keep up with you on IG! Glad that you had a good time in NY--I haven't been to the Rockefeller center during the holiday season in...7-ish years!
