Productivity Report: A Sleepy Monday

In the interest of wasting less time, here's the first of a week's worth of daily posts on how productively I've been using my time. But I sort of wish I'd started tomorrow -- today was about as unproductive as they get!

Morning (pre-work) productivity: N/A
There wasn't really any time to be productive pre-work today, as I spent the night on call at the hospital, then headed across town to start my day at the cancer centre.

At work: 9.5 hours
Besides checking some paperwork off my to-do list, I couldn't find the time to get started on any extra work (research, physics assignments, studying) between seeing patients and attending rounds, a meeting, and a teaching session.

Evening (post-work) productivity: 0 hours
Because I didn't catch any sleep last night I was ready to hit the sack by the time I got home from work, but had some coffee and headed out to run a few mindless errands. Now back home and headed to bed (it's still bright out ha).

Overall productivity: poor
Despite not getting a start on any real work (or exercising), I did get a few simple tasks and errands checked off my list, which is probably the best I can expect on these sleepy post-call days. Better luck tomorrow!
